Forums with a good interface are much more pleasant to work with than those with outdated UI's, or even worse, very old mailing list style groups.

Google groups has a great UI but the AI groups hook into Usenet which leaves your email address open to spam.

I have setup a new AGI group on Google but need your support by moving discussions there to get a critical mass of users. If you would like to help make this group active, please invite those you communicate with about AGI.

I am open to opinions as to whether membership should be by invitation only - currently it is fully open. I am concerned that invitation-only may be too restrictive.
